The Board of Directors of the Islamic Center of Naperville would like to remind all members that the ICN General Body Meeting (GBM) will be held this Sunday, October 26th, 2025, at 1:00 PM at ICN Ogden – 2844 W. Ogden Ave., Naperville, IL 60540.
Your participation is essential to ensure we meet the quorum required for the ratification of the proposed bylaw amendments.
At this GBM, members will vote on proposed changes to the bylaws, specifically addressing sections related to Governing Principles and Organizational Structure. The meeting will also include a Q&A session to discuss and clarify any questions regarding the amendments.
