ICN Clubs Committee

Subcommittees: Children’s Committee, Boys Club, Girls Club, Cub Scouts, Boys Scouts, Girls Scouts, Toastmasters, Sports Committee.

Scope: Organizes youth, social, and skill-building activities. 

Community Benefits: Promotes leadership, teamwork, and healthy recreation for all ages. 

Subcommittees: Women’s Committee, Special Needs Committee, Family Support Services, Shifa Clinic, Seniors Committee.

Scope: Provides social support, healthcare, and inclusion programs. 

Community Benefits: Addresses diverse needs, promotes wellness, and supports vulnerable groups. 

Community Engagement Committee

Subcommittees: Communications & Social Media, Civic Engagement, School District Engagement, Welcome & Volunteer.

Scope: Builds external relationships and manages ICN’s public presence.

Community Benefits: Enhances community integration, volunteerism, and civic participation.

Community Outreach Committee

Education Committee

Subcommittees: Al-Falah Academy, Noor Academy, Rahmah Academy, Academics.

Scope: Oversees Islamic and academic education programs for children and adults. 

Community Benefits: Provides structured learning, strengthens Islamic knowledge, and supports academic excellence.

Subcommittees: Family Events, Community Dinners, Ramadan Iftars, Eid Salah, Jumu’ah Lunch, Annual Fundraisers.

Scope: Plans and executes social and religious gatherings.

Events & Dinners Committee

Subcommittees: Common Services, Purchasing/Inventory, Masjid Ops (An-Noor, Al Hilal, Al Hidaya)

Scope: Oversees masjid operations, safety, and infrastructure. 

Community Benefits: Ensures safe, efficient, and tech-enabled facilities for worship and events.

Facilities Operations Management

Subcommittees: Maintenance/ Capital Improvements/ Engineering, Fundraising, Information Technology,

Scope: Handles budgeting, fundraising, infrastructure projects and IT infrastructure. 

Community Benefits: Ensures financial stability and facility improvements for community growth.

Governance

Subcommittees: Membership, Election Committee, Bylaws.

Scope: Maintains organizational structure, membership processes, and compliance.

Religious Affairs

Subcommittees: Revert Support, Zakah, Religious Services Committee (RSC), Al Arqam Hifdh Academy, Nikkah, ICN Qur’an Institute, Dawah.

Scope: Manages spiritual services, charity programs, and religious guidance.

Community Benefits: Offers spiritual care, financial assistance, and support for new Muslims.
