Event Planning & Facility Booking Policy
This policy has been developed to enhance the experience of events & facility booking process and to prevent any scheduling conflicts.
Attention committee leads,
In order to request a facility booking you are kindly asked to go through the following process that is designed to enhance the planning of events execution and prevent any scheduling conflict.
Step 1
Check the Events and Countdown Calendar to ensure that the desired date and time is available for your event.
Step 2
Once you have completed Step 1, kindly proceed to fill in the facility request form by clicking the button at the bottom of this page.
Step 3
The admin staff will confirm the booking via email, once Step 1 and Step 2 have been completed.
Step 4
Once a confirmation is received from admin, then kindly go back to the Event and Countdown Calendar and check that set event is visible to ensure best execution of your event.
NOTE:
The admin will require the above steps to be fulfilled before confirming any facility booking. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in this matter.
