Children
The goal of Children’s Committee is to support the spiritual, moral, and emotional development of children within the masjid environment. This committee is dedicated to creating welcoming, engaging, and meaningful experiences that help foster a lifelong love for Islam and a strong attachment to the masjid.
Our vision is to nurture young hearts through programs that teach Islamic values, stories of the Prophets and companions, acts of worship, and good character in a fun, accessible, and age-appropriate manner. The committee also aims to provide a safe space where children can form positive friendships, grow in their identity as young Muslims, and feel a sense of belonging in their masjid.
Mission: To bring programs of interest for kids that will tie their hearts to the masjid. These programs aim to teach kids about Islamic values, history, and practices in an engaging and age-appropriate manner. These programs help children develop a strong understanding of their faith, learn Islamic morals and ethics, and foster a positive connection with their religion.

Celebrate a Special Ramadan Milestone 🌙
Has your child (ages 5–10) completed their very first full-day fast this Ramadan? The ICN Children Committee would love to celebrate this beautiful achievement with our young fasters!
Join us for a special ceremony where children will be recognized for their accomplishment and receive a certificate and prize.
Please note: prizes will be distributed only during the ceremony.

🌙✨ Ramadan Taraweeh Challenge for Kids 🌙✨
Join the ICN Children Committee for a fun and meaningful Ramadan experience! Kids are invited to attend Taraweeh, listen for the daily “Word of the Day,” and record it in their tracker for a chance to win exciting prizes.
Let’s encourage our children to build a love for Salah, Quran, and the masjid - one night at a time! Let’s make this Ramadan memorable, motivating, and full of blessings for our kids! ✨
