Masjid An-Noor (248th)

ICN's first ground up masjid, Masjid An-Noor on 248th Avenue in the south west side of Naperville opened in December 2024 for salah.

The new masjid will provide additional space needed for our growing youth programs and it brings a unique experience to Naperville and surrounding areas by establishing a center where the youth can learn, thrive, and participate in benefiting each other and the community at large.

Masjid An Noor is now open for 5 daily salahs (from December 15, 2024) and Jumu’ah (2 iqamahs - starting December 20, 2024). Please review parking guidance.

Important Traffic & Parking Update

〰️

Important Traffic & Parking Update 〰️

Effective January 16, 2026

Alhamdulillah, over the past year, the An-Noor (248th) Parking Team has worked diligently to help musallees enter and exit the parking lot smoothly during Jumu‘ah, Taraweeh, and Eid.

To ensure the safety of our volunteers and remain compliant with city requirements, the 248 Parking Team will no longer direct traffic on 248th Street. All volunteer parking and traffic guidance will now take place within the parking lot only.

In the absence of an NPD officer, please anticipate additional time when entering and exiting the parking lot. We kindly ask the community to:

  • Avoid traveling southbound on 248th when possible, to avoid left turns into the masjid

  • Approach the masjid from the north via 103rd, 111th, or surrounding streets

  • Plan extra time for arrival and departure

  • Carpool when possible

  • Follow all parking volunteers’ instructions

  • Refrain from making U-turns on 248th or in nearby subdivisions

  • Avoid parking in neighboring subdivisions

Jazakum Allahu Khairan for your patience, cooperation, and understanding as we work together to keep our community safe and in compliance with city regulations. We appreciate your support and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
