Islamic Marriage Services (Nikkah)
Islamic marriages are performed at ICN subject to the bride and groom having obtained a marriage license from the county clerk's office of the county where the marriage will take place
The couple expected to get married must appear in person with proper photo IDs (state ID, driver's license or a valid passport) at the office of the County Clerk to obtain a license to marry
A marriage license may be issued to them, with a fee of $35 (subject to change by county), which becomes effective 24 hours after it is issued, and remains valid for 60 days
Thereafter, an appointment should be made with an authorized representative of ICN to perform the nikah (Islamic marriage). A preliminary marriage application may be required
