Islamic Center of Naperville is pleased to announce a complete revitalization of our Qur’an Hifdh program. Al-Arqam Hifdh Academy has been designed from the ground up, utilizing best practices tailored to our community's environment. This revamp introduces a modernized methodology, enhanced quality assurance, and an updated leadership structure.

Program Leadership & Guidance

To ensure the highest spiritual and academic standards, the academy will be led by a dedicated team focusing on both daily excellence and strategic growth:

• Day-to-Day Oversight & Instruction:Sh. Ismail Alqadi will be actively involved on a consistent basis, personally overseeing the program and directly leading the students' Tajweed and Islamic Studies lessons

• Strategic Direction & Support: Our Religious Director & Imam, Mufti Rizwan Ali, will provide the overall direction, guidance, and continuous support for the program

Key Initiatives & Objectives

Under this leadership framework, Al-Arqam Hifdh Academy will focus on three core pillars of excellence:

• Teacher Skills Development: Mufti Rizwan will spearhead professional development for our teaching staff, implementing proven, contemporary teaching strategies and practices

• Regional Alignment: ICN will lead alliance-building efforts with other Masajid across Chicagoland to establish a harmonized Hifdh methodology, elevating the standard for all graduates, in sha Allah

• Rigorous Quality Assurance: Student progress, Tajweed, and memorization quality will be closely monitored daily to ensure every child meets or exceeds the desired educational and spiritual outcomes
